📱 Delete Directly From Inside the App
If you have the CANDY app installed on your Android device, you can permanently erase your account immediately without waiting for manual verification:
- Open the CANDY App and log in.
- Tap your Profile Tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Settings (Gear) icon in the top right.
- Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning prompt and tap Delete Permanently.
Your session will terminate instantly, and all profile data, photos, chats, and radar visibility are completely erased immediately.
🌐 Request Account & Data Erasure via Web
If you have uninstalled the app, lost your device, or cannot log in, submit the form below. Our Trust & Safety team will verify your ownership and purge your account records within 48 hours.
✅ Deletion Request Received
Your deletion request has been submitted. A confirmation email/SMS will be sent to verify your identity, after which your account and all associated personal data will be purged within 48 hours.
